FloQast is an accounting workflow automation platform that brings close management, reconciliations, journal entries, and compliance work into one system. It uses AI agents to handle preparation and repetitive tasks while keeping human approval in place before anything is posted, with decisions logged and traceable for audit.

The platform includes Close Management modules such as Close Checklist, Account Reconciliations, Accounting Operations, and Projects, alongside an AI Assistant. Close AI adds AI Agents, AI Matching for three-way and high-volume transaction matching, Automated Reconciliations for amortization, depreciation, and subledger work, Journal Entry Management, AI Variance Analysis, Detect for anomaly detection, and AI Governance aligned with COSO requirements. Risk & Compliance covers Financial Controls, Audit Readiness, Enterprise Risk Management, and Operational Audits. Integrations connect to ERP systems including NetSuite, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, Sage Intacct, and Xero, as well as bank data sources.

FloQast is aimed at accounting and finance teams, including controllers, CFOs, internal audit, and compliance functions. Pricing is packaged around business outcomes rather than seat count, with no per-user fees. Close Management, Close AI, and Risk & Compliance are offered as separate packages, with Risk & Compliance available on its own or alongside a Close package.
