Fixflo is a web-based repairs and maintenance management platform for lettings, block management, build-to-rent, student accommodation, social housing and tradespeople. It centralises repair reporting, workflow management, planned preventative maintenance and contractor management, keeping communications in one auditable location.
Core modules include reactive repair reporting through a picture-based, multilingual occupier portal, workflow management with automated issue progression and contractor assignment, planned preventative maintenance scheduling, Contractor Marketplace for finding vetted tradespeople, and customisable dashboards for tracking KPIs and SLAs. Fixflo integrates with more than 40 property management software solutions and offers a contractor mobile app.
The platform is aimed at property managers, block managers, housing providers and tradespeople. For lettings, Fixflo offers Basic, Essentials, Pro and Manager editions with unlimited users, priced on request plus a monthly software fee, with a minimum of 50 properties. Contractor Marketplace access starts from a per-unit monthly rate, and Professional Services such as private training, system customisation and data migration are available separately.
