Fiix is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) owned by Rockwell Automation. It centralizes work orders, asset records, parts inventory, and maintenance data so teams can plan, track, and analyze maintenance activity in one place rather than relying on paper records or disconnected tools.
Core modules cover work order management, asset management, parts and supplies management, and analytics and reporting, with scheduled maintenance triggered by dates, meter readings, or events. The Fiix Mobile app supports offline access to work orders and task updates. Fiix MAX is an AI assistant for querying maintenance records, and AI-driven insights include asset insights, work order insights, and a parts forecaster. Integrations connect the CMMS with ERP, condition monitoring, and other systems through an integration hub, and FactoryTalk Optix links assets to the CMMS for condition-based maintenance. An app exchange offers additional tools.
Fiix is aimed at maintenance teams across industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, food and beverage, and heavy equipment, from single facilities to multi-site operations.
