Current RMS is a cloud-based rental management platform for the AV, production, event and party rental industries. It centralizes customer records, inventory, labor and transport scheduling, proposals, orders, invoices, warehouse operations and integrated payments in one system, replacing separate tools for day-to-day rental operations. The platform is hosted on AWS with SSL access, encryption at rest, optional single sign-on and two-factor authentication.
Core modules include People & Organisations for CRM, activities and tasks, email discussions, custom views and iCal feeds; inventory tracking with barcodes and containers; a central calendar for people, vehicles, rooms and locations; branded proposals and orders; and warehouse management. Integrations include Xero and QuickBooks Online for contact and accounting sync, MailChimp for contact exports, and an open API for custom connections. The system runs in a browser on any device with an internet connection.
Current RMS is aimed at rental businesses from small operations to enterprise level. It is offered as a subscription with a first-user rate and additional per-user rates, with monthly and annual billing options. A 30-day free trial is available without card details, and the package includes support, training and automatic updates.
