Feldy is a field-first platform for property work that turns jobsite photos, videos, walkthroughs and 3D scans into structured job data, roof measurements, estimates and proposals. It addresses the gap between what crews capture on-site and what the office needs to estimate and sell from, keeping photos, notes, measurements and estimates available to everyone on the job as they are captured.
The platform includes the Feldy field app for AI job walkthroughs and photo capture, Feldy Measurements with an instant AI roof report and a human-reviewed certified report, interactive 3D roof and exterior models, and an AI estimator that builds estimates and proposals from field data. Measurements combine aerial imagery with on-site photos, and reports cover full and partial roofs along with fascia and soffits. Exterior modeling covers wall areas, openings and quantities for trades such as siding, painting, windows and doors.
Feldy serves roofing, exterior and general contractors as well as handyman, painting, flooring, cleaning, landscaping, tree care and restoration businesses. It is packaged as a free trial with no credit card required, plus pay-per-project measurement reports with separate residential and commercial tiers; pricing varies by roof size and complexity.
