Farel

An airline operating system combining inventory, reservations, check-in, and revenue in on

Visit Farel

Farel is an airline operating system that brings inventory, reservations, departure control, and revenue management into a single IATA-native platform, replacing the fragmented stack of legacy PSS vendors. It is API-first and IATA One Order compatible, with NDC-ready distribution, and is live with carriers across four continents.

The platform includes Inventory, Reservation, Departure Control, Weight & Balance (AHM 560/565 calculations and loadsheet generation), Distribution, Payments, Finance and Reporting, and an AI Copilot that handles tasks such as flight cancellations, refunds, and reservation creation from a passport photo in plain language across five languages. It integrates with any airport check-in and ground environment (CUTE and CUPPS compatible), any payment service provider, and regulatory systems for PNRGOV, PAXLST, and APIS transmissions. Security controls include PCI DSS v4.0.1 service-provider compliance, per-airline schema isolation, and encryption in transit and at rest.

Farel is built for airlines of varying sizes, scaling from small fleets to large operations. Pricing is a single usage-based fee per boarded passenger covering all modules, releases, regulatory messaging, and support, on annual contracts with no per-module licensing or change orders.
