F2 is an AI platform for global credit firms that turns proprietary data, processes and institutional knowledge into systems for deal screening, underwriting and portfolio management. Key capabilities include Adam, an autonomous deal agent that searches precedent deals and builds databooks and IC memos; deal execution for comparing companies and benchmarking performance; dynamic portfolio monitoring that flags risks when actuals miss budget or macro conditions weaken; and quarterly reporting. The platform is model agnostic and LLM-agnostic, with zero data retention and no model training on customer data, and is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.
F2 is aimed at global banking and fund customers and other credit firms. It is offered through an enterprise rollout with a dedicated implementation team that designs customized workflows and secures the platform in the customer's existing environment, alongside a rapid rollout that requires no integrations to begin.
