Embrace
User-focused observability for mobile and web, built on OpenTelemetry
Embrace is a real user monitoring (RUM) platform for mobile and web applications that connects technical performance data to end-user impact. It helps engineering teams identify and resolve issues such as crashes, application not responding (ANR) errors, network problems, and JavaScript errors by capturing complete user sessions. The platform links frontend telemetry to backend systems using OpenTelemetry, providing full context across the user journey.
The platform offers Mobile RUM and Web RUM modules. Mobile RUM includes automatic instrumentation for crashes, ANRs, network issues, and performance metrics, with support for iOS, Android, React Native, Unity, and Flutter. Web RUM monitors Core Web Vitals, tracks user journeys, and captures JavaScript errors. Features include session timelines, custom metrics and alerts, dashboards, user flow analysis, and synthetic monitoring. AI capabilities include automated workflows, an MCP Server, and natural language filtering. Integrations are available with platforms such as Chronosphere, Honeycomb, Grafana, and DataDog.
Embrace is designed for mobile engineers, web developers, and reliability teams across industries including e-commerce, travel, media, and gaming. It offers a free plan for up to 1 million sessions per year and up to 5 users, a Pro plan with a minimum monthly spend and up to 10 users, and an Enterprise plan with unlimited users and custom pricing. All plans are based on session consumption, with event data retention ranging from 3 days on the free plan to 30 days on the Enterprise plan.
