ElectionBuddy

ElectionBuddy is a cloud-based online voting platform for organizations running elections and meeting votes. Administrators set up ballots, notify voters by email, mail or text message, and results are calculated automatically, replacing manual tallying of paper ballots or spreadsheets.

The platform supports multiple voting systems including first past the post, cumulative, preferential, STV, borda count, scored, rating scale and approval voting. Features include customizable ballots, candidate profiles, anonymous voting, election audits, voter reminders, weighted and proxy voting, and voting subgroups. Integrations cover Zapier, APIs, webhooks, single sign-on via Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and voter list imports from Gmail, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor and Excel. Voting works across phone, computer, tablet and mail, with videoconference integration for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

ElectionBuddy serves associations, unions, governments, schools, cooperatives, religious groups and for-profit companies. It offers a free tier for up to 20 voters per election with no credit card required, alongside paid tiers scaled by voter list size and features. Administrators can choose self-service setup, expert review, or fully managed election services.
