The service exposes several applications for interacting with the remote system, including Screen, Files and Folders, Resources, Shell, Text editor, and Log watch; available applications can vary by the operating system where the agent is installed. Communication between users, agents, and the service infrastructure uses TCP port 443 with SSL encryption. Two-factor authentication based on TOTP is available, with the option to mark devices as trusted. The agent source code is provided, and APIs are available for integrating DWService capabilities into other applications.
