Direct Debit is a South African debit order collection platform that enables businesses to collect payments directly from bank accounts. It addresses the need to authorise, verify, process and reconcile recurring collections, including online customer authorisation and checks on banking details before instructions are loaded.

The platform includes an E-Mandate for electronic authorisation, an Account Verification Service, and SnapBill integration for invoicing and automated billing. Collection facilities cover Same Day and Two Day EFT debits and credits, DebiCheck authenticated collections, and recurring credit card payments, with an API and webhooks for integration. Reconciliation reporting covers successful, unsuccessful and disputed transactions, with direct integration to Bankserv.

It is aimed at businesses that need to automate debit order collection and reconciliation. The service is packaged in monthly plans, with a Manual and a Standard edition; the Standard edition includes file upload, contract management, API integration and webhooks. Account Verification Service, credit card, DebiCheck and RM collections are available by request.
