DecisionVault is a client data gathering portal for estate planning law firms. Clients enter family details, assets, beneficiaries and other information through a questionnaire on their own time, including from mobile devices. The collected data can then be synced to the firm's CRM, case management and draft platforms, or exported, reducing manual re-entry across systems.
The platform supports multiple questionnaires, document upload and file sharing with clients, and generation of deliverables such as funding instructions and plan summaries, with data mergeable into Word documents. Integrations cover case management and CRM tools, estate services, draft platforms, and document automation tools including Gavel, Formstack Documents, HotDocs Advance and XpressDox. Automation options include a Developer API, an MCP server for connecting AI tools, event webhooks, and task automation in other apps. Security features include two-factor authentication, encrypted transmission and storage, nightly backups, and SOC 2 Type II compliance.
DecisionVault is designed for individual practitioners and firms of varying sizes. It offers a Solo plan for individual practitioners, a Team plan for growing practices with tiered monthly new-matter allowances, and an Enterprise plan with usage-based pricing and a compliance package. All plans include firm users without per-seat charges, multiple questionnaires and integrations. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card.
