Crunched is an AI platform for advisory and audit firms that builds custom agents around a firm's own methodology, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint work. It keeps numbers live-linked from source files through models to presentation slides, so changes propagate in real time and each figure can be traced back to its underlying fact.

Core capabilities include native Microsoft Office plug-ins, a proprietary review system that reconciles decks, models, analyses and source data, and a full audit trail covering both AI and human edits. The platform runs frontier and open-weight models behind one interface, manages integrations across internal and external data sources including MCP servers, and gathers context from email threads, documents, meeting recordings and data sources. A command center lets one analyst orchestrate multiple agents in parallel across Excel, PowerPoint and data rooms, with work delegated from chat, Slack, email, Teams or meeting transcripts. Security features include regional data residency, tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, no training on customer data, and ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliance.
