Boom is a hospitality platform for short-term rentals, hotels and aparthotels that connects guest messaging, operations, revenue and back-office work in one system. It addresses the manual coordination of guest conversations, turnovers, pricing, owner reporting and channel updates by placing an AI layer, the Business Agentic Manager (BAM), across the operation.
BAM reads the portfolio and acts within the existing property management system, covering guest messaging, dynamic pricing, task and field operations, owner reporting and channel management across 40+ channels. Boom Apps add modules for operations, revenue and back office, including task management and AI scheduling, a guest portal with ID verification, dynamic pricing, upsells, an AI reviews manager, an owner portal and statements, and analytics. The AiPMS is a full replacement PMS with a channel manager, direct booking website, field ops and cleaner app, payment processing, trust accounting and a migration hub. BAM includes Chat, Studio, Optimizer and Playbooks, and integrates with systems such as Guesty, Hostaway and Track.
Boom is aimed at property managers and operators, with a small-host edition for 1–20 listings. Packaging includes a free BAM start with included credits per door, a 14-day trial for Boom Apps, and a sandbox for the AiPMS. Boom Apps are priced per door per month in Ops and Pro tiers, BAM credits are available as one-time top-ups, and the AiPMS is quoted per portfolio under a 12-month agreement.
