AppVeyor is a continuous integration and deployment service that builds, tests and deploys applications on Windows, Linux and macOS. It connects to GitHub, GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, GitLab, Azure Repos, Kiln, Gitea and custom repositories, and lets teams configure builds through versioned YAML or the UI. Each build runs in an isolated, clean environment with admin/sudo access, and branch and PR builds support development workflows.
Deployments can be organized into multiple stages, and the service includes a built-in deployment and NuGet server. Self-hosted jobs can run on your own infrastructure inside VMs (Azure, AWS, GCE, Hyper-P), Docker containers, or directly on the host, across Windows, Linux and macOS. AppVeyor Server is available as a self-hosted download.
The hosted service is free for open-source projects with unlimited public projects and community support. Paid plans for private projects are available in Basic, Pro and Premium editions, each with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to sign up. Plans differ by number of private projects and concurrent jobs, and additional concurrent or self-hosted jobs can be added. A 50% discount applies to students, educational organizations and open-source projects. AppVeyor Enterprise installations are offered for on-premises deployment.
