Amilia is a cloud-based eCommerce and member management platform for recreation organizations, nonprofits, and community programs. It brings membership sales, program registration, facility bookings, payments, and reporting into one system, helping staff manage operations while giving members online access to activities and services.
SmartRec, the core product, supports branded online stores for activities, memberships, drop-ins, private lessons, facility bookings, and merchandise. It includes program and facility management, automated billing with recurring installments and payment recovery, access control and attendance tracking, customizable forms and waivers, and pre-built and configurable reporting. An Open API connects with external tools for communications, fundraising, accounting, data analysis, and security. The platform is available on web and mobile, with self-service registration and check-in options.
Amilia is designed for nonprofits, Parks & Rec departments, YMCAs, JCCs, camps, and recreation businesses. Pricing is packaged in Standard, Advanced, and Custom editions, with nonprofit pricing available. Standard and Advanced are subscription-based with payment processing fees and service fees, while Custom offers fixed or growth-based pricing.
