Aktoria Robotics provides teleoperation software for controlling robots remotely, along with a Robot Operations Center staffed by trained in-house operators across the USA, Mexico and India. The platform addresses the need for low-latency remote robot control and the collection of training data for robotics models. Operators work from a 3D-reconstructed map of the robot's workspace rather than raw camera imagery, which remains within the customer's deployment.
The software supports teleoperation with local latency under 8 ms and cross-country latency around 30 ms. Data collection capabilities include real robot episodes, UMI handheld gripper episodes, stereo and IMU egocentric data, and custom hardware collection to specification. Sessions are logged as episodes containing telemetry, operator actions, and the reconstruction, which customers own and can export or delete. The robot-to-operator link is encrypted in transit using WebRTC with DTLS-SRTP, with credentials scoped per deployment. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification are on the roadmap but not currently claimed.
