WebTorrent
Streaming torrent client for browser and desktop
WebTorrent is a streaming torrent client written in JavaScript that uses WebRTC for peer-to-peer transport in the browser, with no plugins or installation required. It also offers a desktop app for Mac, Windows, and Linux that lets you play torrents while they download.
The browser client can be used through Instant.io, while WebTorrent Desktop provides a native application for streaming video, music, and audiobooks from sources such as the Internet Archive, Creative Commons, and Librivox. The project is open source and non-commercial.
