Vector Legal
The AI-native law firm for tech companies.
Vector Legal is a law firm serving tech companies and their investors, combining experienced attorneys with its proprietary VectorOS platform. The software takes the first pass on drafts and findings, which licensed attorneys then review, so legal work can be delivered faster while attorneys focus on judgment. Legal services are provided by Vector Legal, P.C., a licensed California law firm; VectorOS is built by Vector Systems, PBC, and software-generated output is not legal advice on its own.
The firm covers startup formation, commercial contracts, seed financing, employment and equity, Series A, outside general counsel, growth and governance, and mergers and acquisitions, serving startups from formation through Series B and beyond, as well as growth companies, public companies, and venture funds. VectorOS applies AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, matter-level access controls, audit logging, and independent testing. Most work is billed hourly, with outcome-based pricing available where it fits, and fast-moving teams can retain the firm monthly as fractional general counsel.
