Visit Vconsol

Vconsol is a video conferencing and collaboration suite from Techgentsia Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company established in 2009. It is designed for business meetings, education, webinars and personal calls, and runs on Android, iOS, Mac, Windows and Linux. The platform interoperates with H.323, SIP and WebRTC endpoints, including legacy room systems, and supports dial-in audio through a SIP gateway.

The suite combines meeting management with in-conference tools such as screen and document sharing, whiteboard, breakout rooms, waiting rooms, polls and quizzes, Q&A, chat, recording, live streaming and webinar modes. It supports MCU, SFU and peer-to-peer conferencing architectures, with server-side media mixing and automatic client-side video quality adjustment. Administration features include user and permission management, branding, storage and backup configuration, access control, MFA, archiving, and post-meeting playback, transcripts and attendance reports. Multilingual translation is available at additional cost.

Vconsol is offered for on-premises, private cloud, public cloud SaaS and managed SaaS deployments, with white-labelling for enterprises. It runs on virtualized environments such as VMware, KVM and Nutanix. The product is available in editions for business, education and family use; the pricing page did not provide plan details.
