Validate CFDI electronic invoices against SAT and detect EFOS risk
ValidaCFDI is a service for validating Mexican electronic invoices (CFDI) in PDF or XML against the SAT in real time, extracting data and checking for EFOS blacklist risk across lists 69-B, 69-B Bis and Art. 69. It also detects missing payment complements (REP) and supports invoice generation and stamping under CFDI 4.0.
Features include individual validation with OCR for PDFs, batch validation from folders, ZIPs, CSV or Excel, and email-based validation by forwarding invoices. The Monitor de Proveedores tracks supplier RFC status with daily or hourly checks and alerts by email and webhook. Integrations cover Zapier, Google Sheets (add-on coming soon), a REST API and webhooks.
It is aimed at accountants, administrative staff and businesses managing supplier invoices. Packaging includes a free plan with monthly validation and invoice limits, plus Profesional and Enterprise editions with higher or unlimited volumes, supplier monitoring, API access and support tiers; additional RFC usage is billed on top of the monthly base.
