TripMapper for Business is an itinerary and trip management platform for tour operators, travel agents, DMCs and travel designers. It brings the workflow from client enquiry to completed trip into one system, covering costed itinerary creation, interactive proposals, supplier and margin management, invoicing, payments, and delivery of the finished trip to travellers through a mobile app.
The platform includes a drag-and-drop Itinerary Builder with reusable templates, PDF import, AI-generated itinerary drafts, and AI processing of booking confirmations. It integrates with flight data, Google Places, Tripadvisor, Unsplash, Zapier and OpenAI, and offers white-label branding, embeddable itineraries, supplier databases, margin reporting, invoicing and payment tools, client vaults, checklists, in-app messaging, and a traveller app with live flight updates and maps.
It is aimed at travel businesses of varying size, from independents to larger teams. Plans are named Cabin, Suitcase, Trunk and Private, with limits on active itineraries, template itineraries and team members varying by plan; payment fees also differ. A 10-day trial is available, and a white-glove migration service for importing itinerary, client and supplier data is offered separately.
