simpleERB is a cloud-based restaurant reservation and table management system that replaces paper diaries and fragmented booking tools. It centralizes online and phone reservations, table and area planning, waitlists, customer records, and payment handling in one diary, while automating reminders and customer amendments to reduce front-of-house admin.

Core capabilities include a customizable website booking widget, Reserve with Google, Facebook and Instagram integrations, and an Epos Now POS connection. Staff can manage sittings, stay times, capacity limits per time slot, table ranking, and special floor plans for events. Stripe integration supports card holds, deposits, prepayments, and no-show fees. Automated email and SMS reminders, a built-in waitlist, a customer database built from bookings, reporting on covers and no-show rates, yield management tools, and Android and Apple mobile apps round out the feature set.

It is aimed at independent restaurants, small groups, pubs, cafés, hotels, entertainment venues, and training restaurants. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription based on cover volume, with no per-user or per-device fees, across Starter, Plus, Pro, and Small Chain editions; payments and card capture are included in Pro and available as an add-on on other plans. A free trial includes 250 covers with no credit card required, and subscriptions can be cancelled at the next billing period.
