Shorten.REST is a REST API for creating branded short links on domains you own, with click tracking and mobile deep linking. It runs on AWS multi-AZ infrastructure with a 99.99% uptime SLA on redirects and API calls, and provides free auto-renewed SSL on every custom domain.
Core capabilities include custom branded domains with vanity and category URIs, click intelligence (referrer, OS, browser, country, bot classification, raw event export), geo- and OS-based destination routing, retargeting pixels for Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, Bing, Tabola, and AdRoll, localized URI aliases, UTM forwarding, Open Graph and meta-tag injection, and Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations. The API is defined in OpenAPI, supports up to two API keys per account, and connects through Zapier and RapidAPI.
Shorten.REST targets engineers and high-demand enterprise users, including teams in financial services, healthcare, and high-volume publishing. It is packaged in three monthly plans—Business, Scale, and Enterprise—each with a set number of included API calls, custom domains, and per-second throughput, plus per-call overage pricing.
