Shopware

Ecommerce platform for building and customizing a responsive online store

Visit Shopware

Shopware is an open-source ecommerce platform for building and customizing responsive online stores, covering storefront, product catalog, checkout, customer management, and business operations. It supports B2C and B2B selling and can be self-hosted or run on Shopware's cloud as SaaS or PaaS.

The platform includes a unified CMS (Shopping Experiences), SEO, GEO, and analytics, along with Elasticsearch-powered advanced search, a no-code Flow Builder for automation, Rule Builder, and multi-language, multi-currency, and multi-inventory management. B2B components cover advanced product catalogs, approval rules, budget management, employee management, organization units, quote management, and quick ordering. Shopware Intelligence Copilot provides AI assistance within the Shopware Admin for content, products, and operations, available from Shopware 6.7.1.0, with advanced skills bookable separately from 6.7.3. Integrations connect ERP, PIM, CRM, payments, and shipping systems through Shopware Nexus, extensions, and Shopware APIs.

Shopware targets merchants ranging from new stores to enterprise B2C and B2B operations. It is packaged as open-source software for self-hosted deployment or as cloud SaaS and PaaS editions; SaaS includes automatic updates and managed hosting, while PaaS adds customization and dev tools. Plans are priced based on gross merchandise value and other factors, with a Beyond plan that includes a dedicated account manager.
