Servant Keeper is church management software that centralizes member and family records, attendance, contribution tracking, communications, child check-in, and online giving, helping church teams reduce administrative work across administration, pastoral care, treasury, children's ministry, and IT functions.
The platform includes a website builder with drag-and-drop templates, a member app with church calendar, event listings, directory access, and searchable past livestreams, plus livestreaming to the website, YouTube, and Facebook. Online giving supports one-time and recurring donations via credit, debit, and ACH, text-to-give, multiple funds per transaction, donor-covered processing fees, and daily deposits, integrated with the church management system. Child check-in handles drop-off, pick-up, and attendance tracking, while communications tools support member outreach and an online directory.
Servant Keeper is built for churches of varying sizes, with unlimited family and data tracking. It is packaged through subscription plans referred to as Good, Better, and Best, with white-glove data transfer included in the Best package and available as an add-on for the others. The member app is included with a Church Management subscription, and demos are available for evaluation.
