It brings billing, bookkeeping, and financial monitoring into one system, covering quotations, orders, invoices, expense recording, bank reconciliation, accounting entries, asset management, inventory, and VAT filing. Data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with automatic backups and is accessible from any device.

Core capabilities include a customizable dashboard with KPIs, management and financial reports, price list management, department and cost centre tracking, and MTD-compatible VAT return filing to HMRC. The platform offers an open API, iOS and Android apps, and a marketplace of add-on apps covering CRM, e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and PrestaShop, payroll, budgeting, and warehouse management.

Reviso is offered on a 14-day free trial with two subscription editions, Small and Standard, distinguished by annual entry limits. Both include one company and one user, with additional users, inventory, projects, assets, recurring billing, and prepayments available as paid add-ons.
