Revel is an open-source event management and ticketing platform for communities, clubs, and independent venues. It handles free events at no cost, while paid tickets processed through the platform incur a fee; cash and wire transfer payments are managed by the organizer in the dashboard for free.
The platform includes ticketing and RSVPs with tiers, reserved seating, a seat map designer, zone pricing, QR check-in, and door policy questionnaires for attendee vetting. It also offers potluck boards, private guest lists, memberships and class passes with Wallet cards, and members-only events. Privacy features include GDPR-native handling with no trackers. The software is open source and self-hostable, with code available for audit.
Revel is aimed at venues and theaters, clubs and studios, and community groups. Organizations can create an account, try the demo, or book a call, and the platform can run on Revel's servers or the organizer's own infrastructure.
