Response is a purchasing platform for warehouse and procurement teams that brings existing vendors into a single place, keeping current supplier relationships, pricing, shipping, and billing intact. It addresses fragmented ordering across multiple vendors by centralizing purchase order management, spend controls, approvals, and analytics in one workflow.

Core capabilities include a personalized storefront, end-to-end PO management, a unified dashboard, multi-vendor checkout, automated approvals with spend limits, department- and location-based pre-approved product catalogs, and SKU-level spending analytics. Integrations cover ERP, vendor, and HRIS systems, with HRIS sync, pricing benchmarks, and savings insights listed as coming soon. Three-way matching, automated GL coding, real-time budget tracking, audit trails, and data exports are available depending on plan.

Response is aimed at retailers, distributors, and 3PLs, and is packaged in three monthly editions: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. The plans differ by user and location limits, analytics depth, support level, security features, data export limits, and ERP integration scope, with Enterprise requiring contact for pricing.
