Rapid7 Incident Command

Rapid7 Incident Command is a next-generation SIEM platform that brings logs, telemetry, and asset context together from cloud, SaaS, endpoint, and hybrid environments. It is designed to help security operations teams detect threats, investigate alerts, and respond to incidents from a unified view of their environment.

Incident Command combines AI-driven behavioral detections, alert triage, natural language log search, and SOAR automation. It integrates with Rapid7's broader Command Platform, which includes Surface Command for attack surface visibility, Exposure Command for exposure management, and Rapid7 MDR services. The platform is supported by Rapid7's AI engine for real-time threat detection and validation, and by Rapid7 Intelligence for threat research and guidance. Automation capabilities are provided through Automation (InsightConnect), a SOAR solution with a no-code workflow builder, more than 300 plugins, reusable workflow snippets, and human decision steps for manual approvals.

Incident Command is intended for security operations teams managing detection, investigation, and response across complex environments. It is offered as part of Rapid7's core security solutions alongside Managed Threat Complete and Exposure Command. Rapid7's Insight products can be used individually or combined, and plans include unlimited user accounts, shared data across tools, single sign-on, 24/7 technical support, and access to Rapid7 and community-built extensions. Additional services include managed services, security and product consulting, training and certification, and premium support.
