Rallly
Find the best time to meet with a group poll
Rallly is an open-source meeting poll tool for finding a time that works for a group. You propose a few times, share a link, and participants vote on when they can make it. No account is required to create a poll or vote, and participants see proposed times in their own time zone automatically. Once voting is complete, results show which times work for the most people, and the poll can be finalized to lock in the chosen time and notify participants by email with a calendar invite.
The free Hobby plan includes unlimited polls and participants, with polls retained for 30 days after their final date. The paid Pro plan adds indefinite poll retention, duplicate polls, advanced poll settings, email invites, team collaboration, custom branding, removal of Rallly attribution, API access, and webhooks. Pro is priced per seat, with monthly or yearly billing, and a single subscription covers a team with centralized billing. Rallly is open source and can be self-hosted on your own infrastructure with Docker.
