PowerUs

PowerUs is a German job platform for trades and craft professions (Handwerk). It lets workers create a profile once and apply to multiple jobs without writing a cover letter. The platform states that job seekers can use it free of charge and anonymously, with personal data hidden from employers until an application is submitted. It also offers a salary comparison for people considering a job change.

For employers, PowerUs provides a search function for skilled workers. The platform is aimed at tradespeople looking for work and at companies recruiting in the Handwerk sector.
