Pluto LMS, also referred to as PETE LMS, is a learning management system designed for corporate training. It provides a centralised platform for creating, delivering, and tracking employee learning, helping organisations manage workforce development and L&D initiatives.
The platform includes modules for branding, content authoring, reporting, gamification, user management, course management, and a mobile app. Content authoring supports formats such as SCORM, videos, PowerPoint, and assessments, alongside a video library. Reporting covers progress, completion, competencies, certifications, and learner risk analysis. Gamification includes points, leaderboards, and badges. Integrations include Microsoft SSO, Google SSO, Active Directory, single sign-on, and core API functions. The mobile app is available on iOS and Android with offline content, with white labelling available as an add-on.
Pluto LMS is aimed at HR and Learning and Development professionals responsible for workforce development. It is packaged in three editions — Essential, Expand, and Enterprise — tiered by the number of registered users, with monthly and annual billing options. The Enterprise edition includes unlimited users, extended training, a service level agreement, advanced security, and an account manager. A demo is available for evaluation.
