Plasticity
Machines that comprehend language
Plasticity provides natural language processing products and APIs for extracting structured information from unstructured text. Its tools handle tasks such as named entity recognition, relation extraction, part-of-speech tagging, dependency parsing, intent parsing, and querying a knowledge graph, helping organizations turn raw text into usable data.
The product line includes the Sapien Language Engine for core language understanding, the Cortex Knowledge Graph for querying real-world entities and relationships in natural language, and the Lingua Dialogue Engine for intent parsing, slot filling, and multi-turn conversations. APIs are accessed through simple HTTP requests in any programming language, and a Disinformation Toolkit supports searching public sources for coordinated behavior. Deployments are available as cloud-hosted APIs or on-premise installations.
Plasticity serves developers, commercial teams, and government and defense organizations. Cloud API pricing is usage-based, with monthly request tiers and a free tier for Sapien and Cortex below a set request threshold; free API access is also available for qualifying research and open-source projects. Custom on-premise solutions are arranged through a demo request.
