OVOU is a digital business card platform that replaces paper cards with a shareable profile page and a way to collect contact details from people you meet. It addresses the need to keep contact information current, present a consistent brand, and turn in-person or virtual introductions into leads that can be followed up through a CRM.
The platform includes a profile builder with branding controls, cover photos, logos, custom HEX colors, social media links, embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos, photo galleries, PDF uploads, company profiles, and team directories. Profiles can be shared through an NFC smart card, Apple and Google Wallet passes, a customizable link, QR code, email signature, or virtual background compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Lead capture collects name, email, phone, job title, company, and notes, with contact management, tagging, and analytics. Integrations include Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday.com, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 listed as coming soon.
OVOU is offered for individuals, teams, and enterprises. Individual plans support one user with up to three switchable profiles; team plans are seat-based with an admin dashboard, permission controls, team analytics, and lead management. All plans include an NFC smart card, and a 30-day free trial is available.
