Visit Open Hardware Monitor

Open Hardware Monitor is a free, open source application for tracking a computer's temperature sensors, fan speeds, voltages, load, and clock speeds. It reads from most hardware monitoring chips found on current mainboards, including core temperature sensors on Intel and AMD processors, ATI and Nvidia video card sensors, and SMART hard drive temperature.

Readings can be shown in the main window, a customizable desktop gadget, or the system tray. The software runs on 32-bit and 64-bit Microsoft Windows XP through Windows 10, as well as x86-based Linux systems, and operates without installation. It requires .NET Framework 4.5 or later. Recent releases have added support for AMD family 19h (Zen 3) processors, 10th generation Intel Core processors, AMD Navi GPU sensors via ADL Overdrive8, fan control for several ITE chips, and multiple processor groups on Windows.

The tool is aimed at PC enthusiasts who monitor their systems during stress testing or extended gaming sessions. It is distributed as free open source software, with a donation option available.
