Navigatr

Navigatr is a digital badge and skills programme platform for organisations that want to design, deliver and grow skills, recognition and badging programmes. It covers turning courses, frameworks and services into structured digital journeys, issuing verified digital badges, creating learning pathways, coordinating networks of providers, and tracking participation, progression and outcomes through real-time data.

The platform includes skills frameworks, digital credentials, pathways, activities and content, quizzes and surveys, assessment, branded programme sites, onboarding communications, portable credentials, skills wallets and verified evidence. It offers skills gap, participation and outcome reporting, labour-market data, live jobs and integrations with existing systems. AI features include an AI Badge Assistant for creating badges from existing content, plus design support and templates. Support options include Badge School learning resources, the in-platform Aiden assistant, and consultancy and implementation services. The Navigatr QA Framework and Badge Framework underpin quality assurance and verified provider status.

Navigatr is aimed at local authorities, schools, colleges, universities, employers, training providers, membership and professional bodies, charities and community organisations, as well as individuals building a portable skills record. Subscriptions include a first working programme built at no charge, a Skills Wallet and Skills Passport for each learner, and unlimited badges subject to fair use. Editions are Launch for independent management, Professional for small teams, Launch with Navigatr for supported running, and tailored Enterprise and Community arrangements for larger teams and multi-organisation ecosystems.
