Motor Fiscal is a Brazilian tax automation platform that captures electronic invoices and organizes fiscal data for companies. It retrieves NF-e, CT-e and NFS-e documents directly from SEFAZ and the National NFS-e Portal, downloads XML and PDF files in bulk, and organizes them by company and period. The platform also manages recipient manifestação, tax bookkeeping (NFTS), and monthly closing routines, helping reduce manual reconciliation and compliance risk.
Key capabilities include automatic invoice capture, batch downloads, structured analytical reports, event tracking, multi-company dashboards, and ERP integrations. Native integrations are available for Totvs Protheus and Fluig, with API or FTP integration for other systems. Additional modules cover access and certificate management through Motorcert, and a free Chrome extension for bulk NFS-e downloads.
Motor Fiscal is designed for Brazilian businesses of varying sizes, from small enterprises to larger corporations. Plans are offered in monthly editions with usage-based invoice capture limits and company quotas, ranging from a single CNPJ to multi-company configurations. Higher tiers add multi-company views, chat support, closing routines, API/FTP integration, PDF OCR upload, NFTS bookkeeping, and ERP integrations. An Enterprise edition is available on request, and a free trial is offered for the paid plans.
