MileIQ is an automatic mileage tracking app that records drives and classifies them as business or personal, replacing manual mileage logs. It generates mileage reports for tax deductions and expense reimbursements, and includes a Teams product for managing drivers and approving drives from a dashboard.
Drives can be classified automatically based on Work Hours, Named Locations, and Frequent Drives, or manually with a swipe. Drivers add notes and custom labels, then submit reports with a tap; admins review, approve, or edit drives in one dashboard. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
MileIQ is aimed at individual drivers and at teams managing drivers, with solutions for construction, real estate, small business, rideshare, food and beverage, and nonprofits. For individuals, a free plan covers a limited number of drives each month, while a paid plan adds unlimited drives with monthly or annual billing. Team pricing is listed separately.
