Metoro is an AI SRE and observability platform for Kubernetes environments. It collects logs, metrics, traces, profiling data, Kubernetes events, and deployment context from clusters using eBPF, then applies AI agents to detect production issues, investigate alerts, verify deployments, identify root causes, and open fix pull requests. Installation is a single Helm command that deploys a DaemonSet with no code changes or SDKs.
The platform includes Kubernetes APM dashboards, a live service map, distributed tracing, RED metrics, continuous profiling, log management, custom dashboards, cost monitoring, uptime monitoring, and cron job monitoring. It integrates with OpenTelemetry and Prometheus, and works across EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift, and bare-metal Kubernetes. The AI SRE module covers autonomous issue detection, root cause analysis, alert investigation, deployment verification, and automated remediation workflows.
Metoro is packaged in three tiers: a free Hobby plan limited to one cluster and two nodes, a Scale plan billed per Kubernetes node with usage-based excess data charges, and an Enterprise tier with contract, BYOC, or on-prem deployment options. AI model usage is passed through at cost, and Enterprise customers can bring their own Bedrock keys. Deployment options include Metoro Cloud, BYOC, and on-premises.
