Metis is an applied-research and product lab focused on the post-training and continual-learning layer for enterprise agents. It addresses the reliability gap that arises when autonomous systems operate real tools and workflows, where static information stacks and generic models can leave agents brittle and difficult to trust in production.
Its first product, Insight, turns a company's first-party data, tools, and environments into a continuously learning agent stack. It learns from first-party data and environments, generates training signals, and runs offline and online reinforcement learning so agents improve over time. Insight also evaluates agents against real tasks, covering tool selection, context preservation, and long multi-step workflows, with an emphasis on observability, auditability, and safety.
Metis is aimed at organizations deploying enterprise agents, including frontier labs and large enterprises. The homepage describes a private beta for Insight and provides a request-access form; it does not state a free plan, trial, editions, or seat-based or usage-based packaging.
