It addresses the manual work involved in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, screening, taking interview notes, and producing reports. Agents begin working after an intake call, curating shortlists and handling outreach, while recruiters and hiring managers retain decision-making authority.
The platform includes modules for Sourcing, Application Review, Screening, Notes, Reports, and Outreach, along with a Notetaker and Job Posts. It connects with a wide range of applicant tracking systems, video conferencing tools, calendar and scheduling apps, and SAML or OIDC-compatible identity providers. Agents learn from intake calls, job descriptions, and market research, and shortlists, notes, and scorecards sync back to an ATS.

It offers a free plan with a limited number of sourced profiles, paid per-user tiers with increasing sourcing allowances, and an Enterprise edition with custom volume and usage, dedicated support, and enterprise security features.
