Visit Logr

Logr is a log viewing application for macOS. It reads log files in real time and lets users define filters that highlight lines containing particular substrings. The free version (LogrLite) opens one log at a time; the paid version (LogrPro) opens multiple logs. Filters can be configured with foreground and background colours, ignore-case and bypass settings. The app supports custom file extensions and multiple text encodings.
