Konstantly is a learning management system for creating, delivering, and tracking online training. It addresses the work of building courses from scratch, assigning them to the right people, and monitoring completion. An AI assistant drafts course structure and content from a plain-English description, and enrollment and deadline reminders can run automatically.
The platform includes the Pathboard drag-and-drop course builder, a page and lesson editor, and Ask Konstantly, a single chat assistant that generates courses, tests, and surveys, answers product questions, and refuses past work across sessions. Delivery features cover smart enrollment, nested groups and hierarchies, and role-based permissions. Measurement includes real-time dashboards, custom reports with export and scheduling, certificates, and content quality insights. Integrations include a REST API, webhooks, Zapier, SSO via Google Workspace and LDAP/Active Directory, Stripe and Shopify commerce, SCORM and xAPI import, and content import from PowerPoint, PDF, and video.
Konstantly is aimed at teams handling employee onboarding, compliance training, customer education, and partner enablement. It is packaged as a free plan for individuals with limited accounts, courses, and storage; a seat-based Business plan for workplace training; and an Enterprise edition with custom capacity, white-labeling, SSO, and dedicated support.
