Kippy is a cloud-based performance management platform that connects strategic objectives with KPIs, OKRs, projects and HR appraisals, replacing work scattered across spreadsheets and emails. It includes an AI strategy consultant that suggests KPIs and OKRs, generates strategy, analyses performance through conversational queries in any language, and sends nightly executive-intelligence emails to leadership teams.
Core capabilities include strategy cascading, strategy maps, programme and project management, appraisal workflows with competency matrices, 9-Box grids and 360 feedback, plus dashboards, scheduled reports, role-based access, auditing and auto-locking. Data can be pulled and transformed via no-code integrations, APIs, adapters, formulas and PowerBI, with a mobile app for check-ins. Hosting options include global SaaS, local SaaS, private cloud and on-premise.
Kippy is aimed at leadership, managers, staff, HR, PMO and IT teams. It is packaged as a free plan for up to five users, a Quick Start plan with a three-month trial for up to 50 users, and an Enterprise plan for larger organisations with custom extensions and integrations, all priced per licensed user.
