Kill the Newsletter!
Convert email newsletters into Atom feeds.
Kill the Newsletter! converts email newsletters into Atom feeds. It gives you a disposable email address paired with a feed; messages sent to that address become entries you can read in a feed reader instead of your inbox. Confirmation emails appear as entries so you can follow subscription links from your reader.
You create a feed through the site's form, then use the address when signing up for newsletters. Entries older than one month are removed, and older entries may also be deleted to keep feeds within a size limit. Feed settings, including deletion, are managed through a link at the end of each entry. The service does not support publishers that require replying from the subscribing address, and some publishers block it; forwarding from a regular address is described as a workaround. Feeds should not be shared, since the identifier can let others unsubscribe you or send spam.
It is aimed at people who prefer reading newsletters in a feed reader rather than email, and it is also positioned as an email provider for newsletter publishers. The homepage offers a form to create a feed and links to source code and sponsorship options; no plan tiers, trials, or seat or usage-based packaging are stated.
