KeyNest is a key storage service that gives hosts a physical place to leave keys for guests to collect on arrival. Keys are held at KeyNest Points, and hosts manage them through a mobile app, with collection codes generated and shared automatically when reservations are confirmed.
The app supports adding and tagging keys, bulk uploading a spreadsheet of properties or keys during onboarding, and managing sub-users. Integrations include a native Airbnb connection that sends check-in details via Airbnb messages, plus connections to Guesty, Hostaway, Zeevou, Hostify, Eviivo, Smily, Lodgify, Uplisting, Rental Ready, Chekin, Duve, Zapier, Yaago, EnsoConnect, Operto, Beds24, Escapia, Icnea, Superhote, and others, which generate access instructions from bookings. Where no KeyNest Point exists nearby, users can request one to be opened.
