Keyboard Maestro

Premier Mac automation software using macros triggered by keystrokes or schedules

Visit Keyboard Maestro

Keyboard Maestro is macOS automation software for building macros that control applications, manipulate text and images, fill web forms, and run tasks on command or on a schedule. It provides hundreds of built-in actions with flow control, conditions, and looping, supporting work ranging from simple repetitive steps to multi-application processes.

Version 11 adds a macro wizard for quickly creating and configuring macros, a prompt for snippet that gathers information such as name, time, and location into a single text block, and a Security Settings pane showing the status of system security permissions. It requires macOS 10.13 or later, with older versions available for earlier systems.

Keyboard Maestro is aimed at Mac users who want to automate everyday tasks, from beginners to power users. It is sold as a one-time purchase for version 11, usable indefinitely, with a separate upgrade path from previous versions; recent purchasers receive the upgrade at no cost. A free trial is available.
