IssueBadge is an online certificate and digital badge maker for organizations that need to issue credentials in volume. It replaces manual design and distribution with templates, spreadsheet-based bulk issuance, personalized email delivery, and built-in verification through QR codes and public verification pages. Recipients can view, download, share, and verify credentials without creating an account.
The platform includes badge and certificate designers, CSV and Excel import, Open Badges 2.0 and 3.0 support, badge revocation and expiration, reporting and analytics, multi-organization management, learning pathways, white label options, and team role controls. Integrations cover Canvas, Moodle, Google Classroom, Teachable, Zoom, Zapier, Make, webhooks, a REST API, and Okta single sign-on. Email delivery supports custom SMTP, reply-to configuration, and bounce tracking.
IssueBadge is aimed at educational institutions, corporate training teams, course creators, event organizers, and other organizations issuing credentials at scale. There is no free plan, but new accounts receive 20 free credits without a card. Paid options include a monthly or yearly Pro plan for one organization with a monthly badge allowance, a one-time Lifetime plan at the same limits, and a Lifetime Advanced edition that adds customization and hands-on onboarding. Nonprofits can request credits or a discount.
