Integra
The contract and agreement layer for agentic commerce
Integra is a contract and agreement layer for agentic commerce, built around the Legal Context Protocol (LCP), an open standard that binds legal terms to AI agent transactions. It lets autonomous agents discover the governing agreement, verify it, accept it, and carry it through to settlement. Integra co-stewards the protocol with the AAA-ICDR, and it is developed in the open and owned by the ecosystem.
The platform includes a site conformance checker that verifies whether a site publishes a legal-context discovery document, serves standalone verifiable terms, matches atrHash to the bytes, and declares acceptance and dispute hooks. A live demo runs complete LCP implementations across payment protocols and chains, including x402, MPPTempo-Labs/Stripe, AP2, and ACK, settling on testnet end to end. For developers, Integra offers 48 Apache-2.0 open-source packages covering the hashing core, rail carriers, seller and buyer SDKs, a CLI, and conformance vectors. Enterprises can have Integra implement and operate the contract and agreement layer on their service, with support.
